STATISTICS AND HIGHLIGHTS

  • 69 refugees arrived from fYR Macedonia.

  • Croatia did not send a train to Sid. As a result 0 refugees departed, the new Austrian/Slovenian daily quota of 500 was not filled and accommodation and waiting sites in the West of Serbia - even though they had been decongested earlier (see below) - quickly became crowded with refugees again.

  • 306 refugees from Syria and Iraq including many women and children, who had been rejected/returned from Croatia/Slovenia before, were transported from Sid Refugee Aid Point (RAPs) to Presevo Reception Centre (RC) and 40 asylum-seekers to the Asylum Centre Krnjaca near Belgrade.
