50 mobile groups are working to check the affected households and to evaluate the damage. 719 (89.8%) households out of 800 have been checked. 81 households with about 225 people are going to be examined.
In the villages Lermontovo and Novomikhailovsky 180 households (760 people) remain without power supply. Over 24 hours power supply was restored to 540 households (2,760 people) and one socially important establishment (water intake facility). In all – to 2,200 households (6,620 people). The works are under way to recover power and water supply.
29 emergency rescue teams (136 people and 21 units of equipment), 7 diesel power stations of 800 kW and one electrical laboratory are working.
6 hydrological posts are operating.
6 integrated service centers are working:
54 tons of foodstuffs and necessities delivered from the funds of Krasnodar Territory;
66 tons of bottled water (136 tons overall) were delivered and distributed among people over 24 hours;
2,100 people (3,900 overall) were provided with hot meals, 4,800 dry rations (5,000 overall) were distributed over 24 hours;
10 psychologists are rendering psychological assistance, over 24 hours psychological assistance was rendered to 110 affected people (150 people overall) and 115 affected people received legal assistance;
11 requests were received from people to pump out water, in all there were received 85 requests, over 24 hours 25 of the requests were attended for, in all 77 (90.6%) requests have been attended for, 8 remain to be attended.
30 teams of social workers and 18 emergency teams are working. Over 24 hours medical aid was rendered to 155 people (216 people overall).
3,122 people (20.9%) have been vaccinated, 14,929 people are subject to vaccination.
Hotline concerning healthcare, education, social provision and psychological aid, guardianship and putting children in summer camps was set up in administration of the village Novomikhailovsky.
A helpline was set up in Krasnodar Territory EMERCOM Main Office.
6 systems of integrated treatment were delivered from Dinskaya to village Novomikhailovsky, 2 systems are operating, 4 systems remain in reserve.
Altogether 1,722 people and 263 units of equipment, including 1,181 people and 181 units of equipment, including 5 aircrafts from EMERCOM are involved to eliminate the aftermath, carry out recovery operations and solve issues on immediate sustenance.
