Update on the Dengue situation in the Western Pacific Region

In week 33 2019, a total of 1,850 dengue cases were reported through the Cambodia Early Warning Response Network. Weekly number of reported cases shows decreasing trend since week 29. However, from week 21 to week 26, dengue activity showed a sharp increase in Cambodia and cases remain well above expected levels (Figure 1).
