The Philippine Red Cross has deployed 2 rubber boats and a 6x 6 truck to Baseco, Manila where a mass evacuation is being conducted. There are approximately 200-300 individuals who are being evacuated and being moved temporarily to a covered basketball court. Also, approximately 469 families who were moved to the Delpan Sports Complex earlier are currently being transferred to the P.Guevara Elementary School in Manila.
Another mass evacuation is on-going at Dagat-dagatan in Navotas where the Philippine Red Cross has also deployed 2 rubber boats and one 6x6 truck to assist approximately 100 individuals who are being evacuated to the Dagat-dagatan Elementary School.
The PRC is also currently responding to Payatas where a structure collapsed. There are no further detailsavailable right now.
At about 11:30A.M., the PRC also deployed another 6 x 6 truck to the Ospital ng Maynila to assist in the evacuations.
