  • Government and humanitarian community establish field hubs in Nabunturan in Compostela Valley and Trento in Agusan del Sur to coordinate assistance to the most affected areas.

  • More than 900 people are dead, 930 missing and 2,660 injured.

  • Over 855,000 people remain displaced, 59,800 of who are staying in 55 evacuation centres and 795,200 people are staying outside of evacuation centres.

  • Logistic challenges complicate the ongoing relief operation.
