Following the passage of typhoon YUTU (named "Rosita" in the Philippines) over northern Luzon on 30 October 2018, national authorities report 199 529 people temporarily evacuated, of which 110 975 people are hosted in 1 224 evacuation centres (as of 5 November). In addition, 855 houses are totally damaged, 7 049 houses are partially damaged and 254 454 people are affected across central and northern Luzon as well as eastern Visayas.
