In the Philippines the passage of DOKSURI on 25-26 July, resulted in at least 13 fatalities, 20 missing people, 12 injured people, over 42,000 displaced people and more than 500,000 affected, though information is still being collected. Many homes have been destroyed, and raining and flooding continue in the Philippines.

On 28-29 July heavy to very heavy rain, strong winds, and storm surges are expected for southern Jiangsu, southern Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, eastern Jiangxi, and southwestern Taiwan; these areas are all under a red warning for the typhoon.
