II. EFFECTS

CARAGA

- Continuous rains for five days since 20 November up to present is being experienced due to the Low Pressure Area which is now a tropical depression

- Thirteen (13) barangays from San Jose, Dinagat Islands and in Butuan City and Jabonga in Agusan del Norte experienced flooding due to swelling and overflowing of Puyo and Celopan Rivers wherein 148 families / 1,132 persons were affected and displaced and are currently staying in 3 designated evacuation centers.

- Minor landslide occurred along the national highway from Surigao City going to Surigao del Sur wherein a 14-seater passenger van fell on the other side of the cliff. Ten (10) passengers were injured and were brought to the nearest hospital.

- Minor landslide also occurred in Brgy. Jacquez, San Jose in the Province of Dinagat Islands
