1. Situation:
- The continuous downpour of heavy rains last night along the Bulusan Volcano area mobilized the ash and loose deposits from the upper slopes and triggered mudflows (lahar) and flooding in Brgys. Cogon, Monbon, Patag and Mapaso all in Irosin, Sorsogon.
- As of reporting time, areas affected is now experiencing fair weather.
2. Effects
- A total of 123 families/533 persons were affected by the incident, out of which 51 families/209 persons were evacuated at the two (2) evacuation centers namely: Irosin Municipal Hall and Mapaso Brgy Hall.
