• Displaced populations are beginning to visit their homes as water levels continue to recede in some parts of Cotabato City.
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene facilities remain inadequate in Evacuation Centers.
• Population tracking and camp management in Evacuation Centers needs strengthening.
• Only nine Evacuation Centers out of a total of 40 in Cotabato City have health stations, and there are none in Maguindanao and North Cotabato provinces.
• The flood-affected need one-month packages of food for their returns.
