Succesive Tropical Cyclones (TC Ferdie, Gener, Helen and Igme) entering Philippines Area of Responsibility (PAR) enhanced the sourthwest monsoon that brought heavy rains in most of the country. More than 24,900 were displaced due to flooding in Mindanao.
