On 11 December 2019, the Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Cloudy skies with light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon will be experienced over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, provinces of Aurora, and Quezon. Windy conditions in coastal and municipal areas.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon caused by Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will be experienced over Visayas and Mindanao caused by localized thunderstorms. Possible flashfloods or rain induced landslides during severe thunderstorms.


A.Affected Population (TAB A)

A total of 111,970 families / 406,159 persons were affected in 616 barangays in Regions II and CAR. Of which, a total of 244 families/ 812 persons taking temporary shelter in 19 evacuation centers while 85 families / 321 persons are currently staying with their relatives and/or friends in Regions 11 and CAR.
