• Flooding incident occurred in Libon, Albay affecting Brgys. Sta. Cruz,
San Agustin, West and East Carisac, Paklas Zone 4, Bulusan, Quigasang,
Burabod, San Isidro, Bonbon
• Landslide incident occurred in Brgy. Somol-ot, Casiguran, Sorsogon affecting one (1) household Region VIII o Flooding occurred in the municipalities of Northern Samar namely Lope de Vega, , Catarman, Mondragon and Rawis, o Landslide and erosion occurred along Lapinig to Arteche Road Northern Samar
• Landslide occurred in Brgy Nadonghulan, Ormoc City on May 7, 2011 at 8:00 AM, wherein affected residents of six (6) barangays were evacuated to Brgy Hall of Alta Vista
