A. AFFECTED POPULATION (TAB A)
• As of 6:00AM, 22 February 2013, a total of 36,407 families/183,966 persons were affected in 137 barangays of Regions VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII and ARMM.
• A total number of 19,798 families / 96,438 persons are being served inside and outside evacuation centers in Regions VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, CARAGA and ARMM.
Inside 37 ECs: 5,683 affected families/25,709 persons
Outside ECs: 14,115 families/70,729 persons
B. INCIDENTS MONITORED (TAB B)
• A total of seventeen (17) incidents were monitored due to TD Crising: landslide - 5, flashflood/flooding - 4, drowning – 5 and overflowing of creeks/damaged dikes - 3
