I. SITUATION OVERVIEW

The diffused tail-end ot a cold front brought mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Visayas and Northern Mindanao with widespread rains in Leyte Provinces, Central Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao.

II. PRESENT WEATHER SITUATION

WIND CONVERGENCE

The wind convergence has weakened and its effect is diminishing. However, mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will still be felt in most parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

III. AFFECTED POPULATION

The total number of population affected in 87 barangays / 16 municipalities / 3 cities in the 6 provinces of Regions VI, VIII, Xl, and CARAGA is 18,570 families / 88,722 persons

Total number of population currently served inside and outside the evacuation centers are 1,813 families / 8,664 persons inside 15 evacuation centers
