NDRRMC Update: Sitrep No. 3 re Landslide Incident in Pantukan, Compostela Valley

I. Situation Overview
On or about 3-00 AM today, January 5, 2012, a landslide incident occurred at hilly portion of Sitio Diat 1 to Diat 700, a Gold Panning Area, Barangay Napnapan, Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province due to continuous rain these past few days. Several shanties/light material houses located towards Diat 2 Gold Panning Area were wiped out.
