I. EFFECTS

A. Pre-Emptive Evacuation (TAB B)

a. A total of 16,380 families were pre-emptively evacuated in Region V due to Mt. Mayon phreatic eruption.

B. Affected Population

1. As of 6:00 AM, 26 January 2018, a total of 22,827 families / 88,886 persons were affected in 56 barangays in the municipalities/cities of Bacacay, Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao City, Daraga, Tabaco City, Malilipot, Santo Domingo (Libog), and Legazpi City in the Province of Albay (Region V).

2. Of which 18,365 families / 69,672 persons are currently being served inside the 69 designated evacuation centers (ECs). While, 2,822 families / 11,946 persons are served outside ECs.
