II. EFFECTS

A. Pre-Emptive Evacuation (TAB A)

a. A total of 3,904 families were pre-emptively evacuated in Region V due to Mt. Mayon phreatic eruption.

B. Affected Population

1. As of 6:00 AM, 23 January 2018, a total of 12,214 families or 48,614 persons were affected in 39 barangays in the municipalities/cities of Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao City, Daraga, Tabaco City, Malilipot, Santo Domingo (Libog), and Legazpi City in the Province of Albay (Region V).

2. Of which 7,455 families / 28,846 persons are currently being served inside the 29 designated evacuation centers (ECs). While, 1,518 families / 6,850 persons are served outside ECs.
