II. EFFECTS

A. Pre-Emptive Evacuation

a. A tota of 3,904 families were pre-emptivelt evacuated in Region V due to Mt. Mayon phreatic eruption.

B. Affected Population

1. As of 2:00AM 19 January 2018, a total of 9,656 families/38,357 persons were affected in 38 barangays in the municipalities/cities of Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao City, Daraga, Tabaco City, Malilipot, Santo Domingo (Libog) and Legazpi City in the Province of Albay (Region V) and are currently staying in designated 27 evacuation centres.

2. Of which 6,022 families/23,239 persons are currently being served inside the designated evacuation centres while 725/3,074 persons are served outside the designated evacuation centres.
