At 3:00 AM, the Low Pressure Area (formerly "USMAN") was estimated based on all available data at 240 km Northwest of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur (8.3°N, 120.4°E).

At 10:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (formerly Tropical Depression "USMAN") was estimated based on all available data at 340 km West Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.3°N,116.0°E). This weather disturbance, along with the Tail-end of a Cold Front will continue to bring, in the next 24 hours, moderate to occasionally heavy rains over Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque, Romblon, and Northern Palawan including Calamian and Cuyo Groups of Islands. Meanwhile, light to moderate rains will prevail over Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and the rest of Cagayan Valley Region, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, and Palawan.
