I. WEATHER SITUATION
TAIL-END OF A COLD FRONT AND NORTHEAST MONSOON
The effect of the tail-end of a cold front has weakened. However, it will still bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Visayas. Meanwhile, Luzon will still be affected by the Northeast Monsoon bringing mostly cloudy skies with light rains especially over Northern and Eastern section.
