I. SITUATION OVERVIEW:
· Flashflood occurred in Glan, Sarangani on May 3, 2011 at around 3:00AM due to continuous rains wherein three (3) barangays were affected, namely: Brgys Poblacion, Ilaya and Tapon
· About 200 families were affected who are currently staying at the Municipal Gymnasium
