Situation Overview
On 14 May 2023, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ / Localized Thunderstorms may have caused possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
On 14-15 May 2023, flooding was experienced in several barangays in the municipality of Sto. Tomas and Carmen, Davao del Norte.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 3,583 families or 10,789 persons were affected in 10 barangays in Davao del Norte (see Table 1).
