I. Situation Overview
On 18 September 2023, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms may have brought possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
On the same day at around 3:45: PM, flooding was experienced in a low-lying area in Brgy. Daug, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental due to continuous heavy rainfall brought by localized thunderstorms.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of three (3) families or 225 persons were affected in Brgy. Daug, Hinobaan, Negros Occidental (see Table 1).
