I. Situation Overview
Issued on 14 October 2024 at 4AM, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Localized Thunderstorms may have brought possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. On the same day at around 10:00 PM, a landslide caused by Localized Thunderstorms occurred in Brgy. Aranas, Balete, Aklan.
