I. Situation Overview
On 07 November 2023, the effects of Easterlies were reported in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte after several barangays experienced flash flood and flooding. On the same day, flash flood in Brgy. Caridad, Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat and a rain-induced landslide along Sitio Lower Ladol, Brgy. Assumption, Koronadal City occurred due to the presence of the said weather disturbance.
On 08 November 2023, several barangays in Davao City also experienced flooding that resulted in the displacement of families and persons.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 23,735 families or 84,707 persons are affected in 29 barangays in Regions X, XI, and XII (see Table 1).
