I. Situation Overview

On 21 July 2024, the effects of Southwest Monsoon and “Carina” brought heavy rains in several municipalities in the country that resulted in the displacement of families and persons.

On 25 July 2024, Super Typhoon “Carina” exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population

A total of 1,502,927 families or 5,419,737 persons are affected in 4,530 barangays in Regions NCR, I, II, III, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, V, VI, VII, X, and CAR (see Annex A).
