On 25 October 2024, Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine” exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
On 01 November 2024, Super Typhoon “Leon” weakened into a severe tropical storm and exited PAR.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 2,310,787 families or 9,022,938 persons are affected in 12,557 barangays in Regions NCR, I, II, III, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, Caraga, CAR, and BARMM (see Annex A).
