I. Situation Overview
On 05 July 2023, several low-lying barangays in the municipalities of President Roxas and Kabacan in the province of North Cotabato experienced flash floods caused by heavy rains brought by the Easterlies.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 1,554 families or 7,542 persons are affected in 12 barangays in North Cotabato (see Table 1).
