I. Situation Overview
Issued on 19 July 2024 at 4:00 PM, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 365 km west of Ambulong, Tanauan City, Batangas (14.2°N, 117.7°E).
Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated based on all available data at 865 km East of Eastern Visayas (12.8°N, 132.6°E).

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 693 families or 2,670 persons are affected in 27 barangays in Regions VI,
VII, VIII and Caraga. (see Annex A).
