I. Situation Overview
On 20 July 2024 at around 5:30 PM, a whirlwind incident occurred in San Francisco,
Agusan del Sur that caused damages to houses and resulted to the displacement of families and persons in the area.

A total of 99 families or 374 persons are affected in three (3) barangays in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur (see Annex A).
