I. Situation Overview
On 18 August 2022, several municipalities in Sultan Kudarat experienced flashflood due to heavy rains caused by the Southwest Monsoon and localized thunderstorms.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 1,287 families or 6,263 persons are affected in 12 barangays in Sultan Kudarat (see Table 1).
