I. Situation Overview
On 05 July 2023, a flash flood incident occurred in low-lying barangays in the Municipality of President Roxas in the province of North Cotabato due to heavy rains brought by the Easterlies.

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 566 families or 2,830 persons are affected in 10 barangays in President Roxas, North Cotabato (see Table 1).
