I. Situation Overview
On 22 July 2023 at around 12:55 PM, an armed conflict transpired at Sitio Badulan, Brgy. Cagbigajo, Pambujan, Northern Samar between the troops of the Philippine Army and members of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).

II. Status of Affected Areas and Population
A total of 120 families or 552 persons are affected in Brgy. Cagbigajo, Pambujan, Northern Samar (see Table 1).
