• NDRRMC Operations Centre had disseminated Tropical Cyclone Advisory No 1. to all Office of Civil Defense Regional Offices through SMS, facsimile and uploaded on the NDRRMC website for further dissemination to their respective local DRRMCs form provincial down to the municipal level. The storm will be named “Rosita” as it enter PAR.
