Main Achievements

1.National Workshop on Emergency Logistics Preparedness

50 participants from 21 organizations collaborated in this workshop to define the country's main logistical gaps and foster multi-sectoral collaboration to establish a solid foundation for improved emergency response.

2.Publication of the Multisectoral Emergency Logistics Action Plan (PALME)

18 agencies participated in the presentationof the Plan, which proposes priority actions to close gaps and coordinate efforts among key stakeholders, marking the beginning of the implementation phase of the Preparedness Project.

3. Capacity Building in Importation

Once the PALME was presented, the Logistics Working Group (LWG) was reactivated. Caritas Peru took the lead in training on humanitarian imports, a key action scheduled for 2025, strengthening national logistics capacity and improving efficiency in future emergency responses.
