11,985 people affected by frost in Cusco: As of June 7, 2016, two districts in Cusco were severely affected by frost. In Santo Tomas in Chumbivilcas, 10,000 people were affected, 55 animals were lost and another 500 were affected. In Sicuani in Canchis, 1,985 people were affected.
