On 15 November 2018, the Panama National System of Civil Protection National Emergency Operations Center (SINAPROC) reported heavy rain and floods in Colon Province, Panama, where approximately 300 families were affected. In addition, in Margarita town, a group of students were left isolated due to floods. It is expected to continue raining in the following communities: Conlon Centro, Cativa, and Costa Abajo. Paraguay

On 15 November 2018, the National Emergency Secretariat of Paraguay (SEN) reported heavy rain flooded the districts of San Lazaro, Concepcion Department, where 900 families received humanitarian assistance. In San Pedro del Ykuamandyju city, Paraguay District, 246 families were affected due to floods. The report is available in Spanish at: SEN

Peru

On 15 November 2018, the Peru National Emergency Operations Center (COEN) reported heavy rain in Rosavero and Rurinchanca towns, Pillco Marca District, Huanuco Department, where 260 families and 64 homes were affected and 61 people suffered injuries. Media reported, in Tocache Province, San Martin Region, 96 people suffered injuries and 166 people were affected due to an overflow of the Pacota stream.
