Paklistan: 250 mules transport 17,948 kg of relief goods to quake-hit areas in 24 hours

BALAKOT Oct 20 (APP): Around 250 mules of the Animal Transport Regiment of Pakistan Army supplied 17,948 kg of relief items to the quake affected areas for their further distribution among the affected people of Balakot area during the last 24 hours. Pakistan Army is using mules for transportation of relief goods, which are still cut off or simply inaccessible by air due to their geographical location in the mountain areas. The areas where relief items were supplied by mules include, Khet, Sanjera, Kashim, Sanghar, Kohalian, Mang, Satkeri, Bagar, Sathani, Mehmoodabad, Kashim, Sawan, Rolcha, Kohalian, Satbani, Barna, Tilla, Patikka, Mang, Satkeri, Bagar, Gonol, Ghariat and Lukmani.
