which has displaced again the quake affectees who will be facing another
winter without proper shelter.
The meeting looked in to the affected areas which were devastated by the monsoon rains which resulted in loss of makeshift shelter besides people's belongings.
He said the recent rains in Bagh and Muzaffarabad have left people stranded at different villages with land slides blocking all access points.
He said Mialower Mulwani stream in recent rains devastated many acres of land and other small streams Paddar, Qadarabad and Dhali have also caused destruction of land and washing away the access routes.
"The electricity and telephone cables were also affected and there has been nothing done to give relief to masses who were affected by the monsoon rains."
He said, "KIRF staff is working in the affected regions and is trying to mitigate the suffering of the masses."

Ishfaq Ahmed said, "The authorities have already lost the best time for house building and soon after the monsoon the cold weather will set in.
The people living in the make shift shelters and tents will not be able to built their homes in time and will be forced to spend another cold winter which took so many of lives earlier.
