Pakistan: Govt to set up registration offices at Muzaffarabad, Mansehra

Punjab government would setup registration offices at Muzaffarbad and Mansehra for the registration of the earthquake affected people under support a family programme.
This was informed at a meeting here Tuesday, presided over by Chief Secretary Punjab, Salman Siddique. Secretary Industries, Secretary Irrigation and Power, Special Secretary Finance, Chairman PITB and head of PMU were also present on the occasion.

Regarding the strategy of registration of calamity-hit families, it was informed that a number of registration teams would be deputed with Deputy Directors Registration at Mansehra and Muzaffarabad. These teams would collect necessary information and register deserving families in the devastated areas.

This data would be computerized and made available to the people, willing to support a family under this programme.
