The Government of Pakistan is establishing an IDP Recovery Project with a loan from the World Bank. The program will be implemented by the Project Management Unit at the Economic Affairs Division, and the FDMA jointly. It will consist of a "one stop shop" that will provide IDPs with an unconditional cash grant of PKR16,000 (US$153) for livelihood purposes, and another conditional grant of PKR7,500 (US$72) for child wellness. The pilot project, utilizing ATM cards, is underway in Sarwakai (South Waziristan Agency), and Spin Wan (North Waziristan Agency) but will eventually be rolled out to all agencies of return.
