Repatriation of Afghan refugees increased by 79% compared to 165 refugees that repatriated between 21 and 27 October 2018. Returns of undocumented Afghans also increased, by 24%, compared to 549 individuals that returned in the preceding week.
Some 99% (293 individuals) of the registered Afghan refugee returnees were provided with cash assistance, while 82% (561 individuals) of the undocumented Afghan returnees were provided post-arrival assistance.
