Jan 3 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Pakistan at 0710 GMT on Sunday.

BAJAUR - A roadside bomb planted by militants exploded in the ethnic Pashtun tribal region of Bajaur on the Afghan border on Sunday, killing a pro-government tribal elder and wounding two relatives, a government official said.

KHYBER - Security forces searched for Taliban militants in the lawless Khyber tribal region on Sunday, arresting seven people. The region is a main route for supplies to Western forces in landlocked Afghanistan.
