Shelter Working Group Meeting, June 2025 [Meeting Minutes]

Chaired by: Lina Younis -UNHCR

Attendees: NRC, IRW, Habitat for Humanity, Caritas, IOCC, and UNHCR.

Agenda:

• Introduction of the new WG co-chair - Operational Updates (Including EJC, Returns)
• Partner Updates - ISWG updates - AOB

Action Points:

• UNHCR Interagency to follow up with the partners who do shelter related activities and encourage them to attend the shelter WG meetings.
• Share the final report and the summary of UNITAR. The report can be accessible through the following link: https://data.unhcr.org/en/documents/details/117180
• NRC will share the results of the rapid needs assessment once they are available.
• It was agreed to reschedule the next WG meeting to 2:00 PM on the same day, which is the last Wednesday of each month.
