INTRODUCTION

Between December 1 and December 28, 2025, a total of 52 safeguarding focused field visits were conducted across 21 aid distribution sites in the Gaza Strip through 100 Mobile Protection Teams, led by Emergency Protection Responders (EPRs) and safeguarding volunteers. These efforts formed part of the ongoing collaboration between the Protection Cluster and the PSEA Network to monitor PSEA and protection risks at distribution sites, assess compliance with safe and dignified distribution practices, and strengthen accountability to affected populations. Through these mobile safeguarding visits, teams reached approximately 3,317 beneficiaries with PSEA and protection messages, identified key protection concerns, observed crowd management and accessibility conditions, and shared essential information on complaint mechanisms and beneficiary rights.

The findings presented in this snapshot reflect the reporting period from December 1 to December 29, 2025, highlighting emerging trends, operational challenges, and priority protection measures observed across aid distribution activities in Gaza.
