The following information in this report is the maximum which our crews were able to collect from direct follow-ups and different sources due to the complete loss of telecommunications and the great difficulty in reaching the sources of information. It is worth noting that data was collected when communication was restored last night November 17th, at 22:10.

Gaza Strip:
• The Central Operations Room in the Gaza Strip is back in service after a temporary halt due to the depletion of electricity sources and fuel from generators.
• The PRCS’ ambulance crews in Gaza have been fully evacuated after the siege they faced in Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital.
Meanwhile, the ambulance crews of Northern Gaza remain operational in spite of the challenging circumstances and dangers they face.
• PRCS medical services in Gaza’s hospitals—with Al-Shifa and Al-Quds Hospitals at the frontline—has officially ceased due to their siege by the Israeli Occupation. Hospital crews have also been banned from performing medical services and forced to evacuate with the sick and wounded towards the south, worsening the disastrous situation in the north of Wadi Gaza and preluding further victims in light of the halt of medical and first aid services.
• 6 of the PRCS’ ambulance vehicles with their crews have participated in evacuating the sick and wounded from Al-Shifa Hospital, peacefully transporting 31 newborns to the Emarati Hospital in Rafah.
• There is a significant increase in the number of disappeared and missing persons due to the difficulty in saving the victims from under the rubble. In addition, tens of bodies that are piling in the streets of Gaza as medical crews remain unable to remove them due to the dangerous circumstances on the ground.
• The Israeli occupation tanks and vehicles have penetrated into several districts in Gaza governorate and Northern Gaza governorates, which separated the southern part of the Strip from the north, which increases the challenges faced by the teams working in the field by prohibiting the ambulances from reaching to Al-Rasheed St which is the only coastal road and targets who and/ or whichever reaches the area. Additionally, citizens are prohibited from moving across the governorates, in spite of the occupation forces bombarding their residential buildings randomly.
• The intensified Israeli bombardments across the entire strip is ongoing, targeting residential towers, buildings, mosques, churches, main roads, infrastructure and hospitals are being targeted by these bombardments. As a result, many civilians have lost their lives including women, children and elderlies.
