The following information in this report is the maximum which our crews were able to collect from direct follow-ups and different sources due to the complete loss of telecommunications and the great difficulty in reaching the sources of information.
• The Disaster Risk Management teams started setting-up the Qatari field hospital in Rafah City south of Gaza Strip, this hospital comes in coordination with Qatar Red Crescent to help respond to those wounded in the aggression after the hospitals in Gaza and its north declared un-operable, and the hospitals in the southern governorates of the strip are unable to receive nor deal with the huge number of the wounded.
• Today at dawn, the Israeli aircrafts launched several violent raids in the vicinity of Al-amal hospital in Khan Younis governorate, and artillery shelling continues in the northern areas of the branch, which houses thousands of displaced people, in addition to the city center.
• In Gaza city and northern governorates, all hospitals are up-operable, due to the occupation forces targeting and besieging them, preventing the injured and wounded from reaching them, preventing the medical teams from providing their services, and forcing them to move towards the south, as it’s also targeting the buildings, medical staff, and displaced people inside these hospitals which is threatens a very major health disaster.
• PRCS emergency medical service stations in Gaza and northern Gaza has stopped operating, due to the restrictions imposed by the occupation forces on the medical teams and fuel depletion required to operate the vehicles, as the hospitals are also un-operable and the evacuation of the cases is nearly impossible, while the medical points are dealing with the minor and moderate cases in the two governorates.
• Southern Gaza hospitals have lost its capacity in terms of receiving the huge numbers of injured and wounded who their lives are threatened to be lost after the intensified targeting of the Israeli occupation forces towards the civilians.
• The fuel crises in Al-amal hospital in Khan Younis remains continues, as the consumption is currently being rationalized to a minimum while working on a schedule system, which affects the services provided to the displaced, injured, and wounded, in addition to the emergency medical services.
• This segregation increases the challenges faced by the medical and relief teams as the ambulances are prohibited from reaching to the areas raided by the Israeli occupation forces and tanks which are directly targeting who ever is trying to move there, while forcing citizens to move at certain times through Salah Al-din street between the northern and southern governorates, some of them are being killed, injured, arrested, humiliated and inhumanely treated.
• The Israeli occupation forces continue its targeting across the Gaza Strip, vital and industrial facilities, residential, commercial towers, as well as mosques, churches, main streets, resulting in a large number of casualties, the majority of whom are children and women, the complete destruction of the infrastructure, in addition to displacing citizens.
• The Israeli Occupation forces continue to penetrate into numerous central regions in Gaza and north Gaza governorates and have separated the north of the Strip from its South, increasing challenges facing the working medical and relief teams as it prevents the movement of ambulance vehicles from approaching the places of incursions and targets everyone who tries to move there. The Occupation is also forcing citizens to move at certain times through Salah al-Din Street, and targeting some of them with death, injury, arrest, humiliation or inhuman treatment.
• PRCS colleague Awni Khattab Head of Khan Younis Ambulance Center remains detained by the Israeli Occupation forces for the 20th day in a row. He was arrested during the wounded convoy from Al-Shifa Hospital, traveling through the checkpoint which separates north and south Gaza.
• The competent authorities continue to recover the bodies of the martyrs from the streets and under the rubble; the recovery crews are facing high challenges in performing their missions because there is no fuel available for the necessary machines which have already been exhausted. Official authorities have received approximately (7780) reports of missing persons in the rubble and corpses laying in the streets including well over (4700) children and women.
• The Ministry of Health confirms that the occupation forces deliberately target medical personnel and crews, which led to the loss of (296) medical personal lives, (32) from the rescue team members and the wreckage of (59) ambulances that are now un-operable. The Ministry of Health also confirms that (22) hospitals and (46) health centers are out of service as a result of Israeli targeting and the depletion of fuel and medical resources.
In addition, the Occupation forces continue to arrest (36) medical personnel, including the General Director of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza and to still besiege and target the Indonesian Hospital, obstructing the work of medical teams and preventing them from reaching it.
• The continued targeting of public facilities, as the occupation directly targeted (277) schools, including (74) schools that are out of service, while the number of completely destroyed mosques reached (107) mosques, and (194) partially destroyed mosques, in addition to targeting (3) churches. Based on official data, (86) media professionals were martyred under direct targeting since the beginning of the aggression.
