The Israeli violations against PRCS’s premises and personal are continues, where the Israeli aircrafts targeted an ambulance while responding to the distress calls from Al-Rasheed st. west Gaza city amongst a fleet of vehicles providing medical services, which resulted to the vehicle sustaining partial damage, whereas, the vehicle continued to head towards Al-Shifa hospital, where a number of ambulances were targeted, including a MoH ambulance that was directly targeted and a PRCS’s ambulance, fortunately, the paramedics survived this attack.
• The Israeli aircrafts continue targeting the nearby and surrounding area of Al-Quds and PRCS’s HQ in Tel Al-Hawa, which is resulting to an enormous damage and increasing the challenges that are being faced by the teams and threatening the lives of displaced persons who sought refuge at the premises.
• The Israeli occupation aircraft targeted PRCS’s headquarters and Al-Quds Hospital in Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood in western Gaza with several intense airstrikes in the early hours of this morning. This resulted in shattering the interior glass over the heads of the displaced individuals who sought refuge at the headquarters. The emergency Room teams at the hospital dealt with 21 cases with various injuries, and dozens were treated in the field. All the displaced individuals also suffered from severe fear and panic. Such targeted bombardments and shillings pose significant challenges for the humanitarian assistance provided by the working teams.
• The Ministry of Health announced that the Turkish- Palestinian Friendship Hospital (dedicated to cancer patients) has been heavily targeted by the Israeli Occupation forces, as a result it has been taken out of service and evacuated due to being significantly damaged beyond operation.
• The Israeli occupation forces have obstructed the evacuation of the injured from hospitals in Gaza and North Gaza to the Arab Republic of Egypt by blocking the roads between the north and south, despite the issued approval for the exit of 30 injured individuals on this day.
• Israeli violations against PRCS emergency teams continued, as this afternoon, PRCS emergency medical teams were targeted while carrying out their humanitarian duties west of the city of Gaza. This resulted in wounding two paramedics, one with a gunshot in the hand and shrapnel in the head, and the other with shrapnel in the foot and hands. Additionally, the Israeli attacks put two ambulances out of service.
• Rafah crossing boarder is specifically open for the Fourth day in a row only to allow the transport of severe cases of war-injured individuals as well as individuals with dual citizenship (holders of foreign and Palestinian/Arabian passports). PRCS ambulances are operating to serve and facilitate the transportation process.
• A large number of Israeli occupation tanks and vehicles have penetrated into several districts in Gaza governorate and Northern Gaza governorates. This is an attempt to separate the southern part of the Strip from the north, which increases the challenges faced by the teams working in the field and restrict the movement of citizens.
• The Israeli occupation forces persist in their explicit threat to evacuate Al-Quds Hospital and PRCS’s main headquarters in Tel Al-Hawa Neighborhood, west of Gaza. Furthermore, these threats extend to evacuating and relocating well over 14,000 displaced persons taking shelter at the Hospital. Moreover, the Israeli occupation forces have also targeted several residential towers adjacent to the Hospital from the eastern side, causing significant damage to the Hospital’s building and operations. Nevertheless, Al-Quds Hospital remains committed and dedicated to providing services to the patients, injured, and displaced people out of its national and humanitarian duty, despite the Israeli occupation’s threats to evacuate the hospital, and the non-stop shelling and bombing of the area surrounding the hospital.
• 8 PRCS ambulances went out of service after being directly targeted by the Israeli occupation forces.
• The Israeli occupation targeted PCRS main warehouses in the Tel Al-Hawa Neighborhood west of Gaza, and UNRWA warehouses in both Gaza and North Gaza. This exacerbates the catastrophic humanitarian situation and deprives citizens of any relief aid.
• The Ministry of Health confirmed that targeting the healthcare system has resulted in damage to 105 healthcare facilities, the martyrdom of 150 medical staff members, 18 rescue team members, and the complete destruction of 27 ambulances; rendering the ambulances inoperable.
• The Ministry of Health also confirmed that 16 hospitals and 32 health centers are out of service as a result of Israeli targeting and the depletion of fuel and medical resources.
• According to official sources, the Israeli occupation forces directly targeted killing 46 journalists, martyred, since the beginning of the aggression.
• Incidents of the Israeli occupation forces using internationally banned white phosphorous bombs against civilians have been reported and documented in several locations in northern Gaza.
• Official authorities have received approximately 2,100 reports of missing persons under the rubble including well over 1,250 children.
