The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, strongly condemned the attempts by Israeli extremists to storm the city of Umm al-Fahm inside the Green Line. He also denounced Israeli police's attack on the people of the city who tried to stand up for their city against the march of provocation led by right-wing extremists under the protection of Israeli police forces.
The Secretary General stated that the provocative march and the concomitant repressive measures deployed by Israeli police against citizens in Umm al-Fahm reveal the true and racial colors of Israel and its dogged endeavors to pressure indigenous Palestinian landowners into leaving their towns and villages inside the Green Line.
Ihsanoglu emphasized the OIC's solidarity with the people of Umm al-Fahm while they face up to the racially provocative attempts conducted by Israeli fanatical extremists.
